My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We have learned from life experiences that there is always time to make positive changes. Often, we don't give ourselves enough credit for overcoming challenges, as it can be uncomfortable to focus on the present. Unfortunately, such practices prevent us from acknowledging our resilience, strengthening our weaknesses, and appreciating our worth.
