About My Clients
I work with both individuals and couples. With training and experience in working with trauma and those who have endured sexual abuse, I additionally specialize in relationship dynamics, family conflict, and highly sensitive people. Many of us carry our emotional wounds in our bodies and only when we create a connection between the mind and the body can we feel whole again.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a blend of therapeutic techniques in order to create a safe connection within the body and mind. When you are in connection with your whole self you are then equipped to heal your relationship with others and the planet. I provide a therapeutic relationship that is patient, warm, honest, and consistent. I'm sex-positive and supportive of all lifestyle and relationship paths inclusive of monogamy, ethical non-monogamy, LGBTQIA, and kink. I approach each new therapeutic relationship with the greatest curiosity and presence and look forward to hearing from you.
