About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational struggles. Many of my clients come feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them—longing for clarity, emotional insight, and change aligned with their values. Whether you're working through personal wounds or complex relationship dynamics, I strive to create a space where you feel seen, known, and supported.
My Background and Approach
With a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and seminary training, I bring both clinical depth and spiritual sensitivity to my work. I have over three years of experience in residential mental health settings, supporting diverse clients through trauma recovery, emotional regulation, and relational healing. My approach integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Neurofeedback, and systemic, relational frameworks to support meaningful, lasting change. Christian counseling is available when desired—grounded in grace, insight, and intentional care.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person is more than their mistakes. We are all capable of profound growth, healing, and transformation. As a Bible-based Christian, my faith teaches me that grace is available to all—and that no one is beyond redemption or renewal. This belief shapes how I view the therapeutic process: not as a place of judgment, but as a space for restoration, insight, and hope. While my own foundation is rooted in Christian values, I hold deep respect for every individual’s journey and belief system. I welcome clients from all backgrounds with compassion and openness. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, to be heard without shame, and to be supported in becoming the fullest version of themselves.
