About My Clients
I provide individual and family therapy, caregiver training, and resource support to children, adolescents, and adults ages 3 to 103 utilizing an eclectic, culturally-expansive, trauma-informed, compassionate approach.
My Background and Approach
Born and raised on the island of Puerto Rico, I have supported the social-emotional and mental health of individuals, families, and groups across the lifespan in the greater Boston area for 8 years. Although we are a team, you are the expert of your own experience. I am are here to support you in your journey. I encourage you to actively participate in your own healing and embrace new experiences within therapy. Even after making initial progress, I encourage you to continue to explore new aspects of your life or challenges you are facing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Unapologetically myself, I hope to make others feel welcome in being unapologetically themselves. I am a neurodivergent, (Health At Every Size) HAES-informed, strengths-based therapist (really!). My lived experience allows me to be a creative “outside the box” thinker regarding about what might work/what might not work for my clients.
