About My Clients
My areas of focus are anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic), depression and mood disorders, stress and life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem and identity development, family conflict and relationship challenges, and behavioral concerns in children and adolescents. I’m a great fit for clients who feel overwhelmed by anxiety or persistent worry, are experiencing low mood or lack of motivation.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow. In our work together, I’ll meet you where you are—whether that means building coping skills, processing difficult emotions, or exploring deeper patterns. Sessions with me are interactive and personalized. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I integrate proven therapeutic methods with creativity and flexibility to match your needs and goals. You can expect practical tools, thoughtful insights, and space for reflection. I use evidence-based approaches tailored to your unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, strengths-based and solution-focused approaches, along with developmentally appropriate techniques, especially when working with younger clients.
