About My Clients
I’m a therapist who believes that therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re a child navigating big emotions, a teen trying to find your voice, a young adult adjusting to life’s pressures, or an older adult reflecting on life’s changes—I’m here to help. I work with individuals across the lifespan and support a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, identity exploration, life transitions, family dynamics, and LGBTQ+ issues.
My Background and Approach
I’m a bilingual therapist (English/Spanish) with a bachelor’s from Penn State in Human Development and Family Studies and a master’s from FIU in Professional Counseling Psychology. I use cognitive behavioral modalities and tailor therapy to each client. My approach is collaborative, inclusive, and centered on meaningful growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a therapist who believes that therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. You’re the expert in your life, and my role is to walk beside you—helping you access tools, insights, and self-compassion to become the best version of yourself. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a space designed specifically for your story, your pace, and your goals. Let’s find what works for you, together.
