About My Clients
My clients are individuals, couples, and adult families who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Many are navigating anxiety, relationship stress, attachment wounds, or major life transitions. They’re looking for a warm, down-to-earth therapist who helps them understand themselves more deeply and create relationships that feel more connected and authentic.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience supporting children, adults, couples, and families through trauma, anxiety, and relationship challenges. My early work in ABA, crisis counseling, and advocacy taught me the importance of safety, attunement, and understanding the systems that shape our lives. I use a psychodynamic and attachment-based approach to help clients understand their patterns, make sense of emotions, and improve relationships. I’m EMDR-certified and trained in EFT, the Gottman Method, and Relational Life Therapy, which allows me to support healing, strengthen connection, and repair communication. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative, helping clients create more secure, authentic, and meaningful relationships with themselves and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a space to be fully seen and understood—not because anyone is broken, but because everyone deserves a deeper relationship with themselves. I value authenticity, connection, and the courage it takes to sit with difficult emotions while exploring growth. I honor the systems and social contexts that shape our lives and identities, and I strive to create a space that is inclusive, affirming, and safe for all. I’m guided by curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to lifelong learning, and my own experiences with growth and vulnerability inform how I show up with clients. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my partner, kids, friends, and family, endorphin-filled spin classes, iced soy lattes, and the chaos and joy of life with Teddy, my “therapy dog dropout.”
