About My Clients
For nearly 20 years, I have worked with adults, couples, teens, and children from diverse populations. I have helped clients with anxiety, addiction, depression, personal/ work transitions, relationships, social-emotional issues, and trauma. In addition to my experience as an MFT, I also pull from my training as a wellness coach. Coaching is future-oriented. Thus, it is a great tool not just for setting goals but also for planning action steps to achieve the goals.
My Background and Approach
I believe the therapeutic alliance is an important factor in treatment success. I collaborate with every client to explore the issues that need to be worked through and the strengths and resources that can be built upon. I aim to help my clients clarify their goals; thus, we can customize a treatment plan to achieve them together. My greatest reward is Helping my clients reach their fullest potential and witnessing their attainment and growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe anyone can live a meaningful and fulfilling life and that we all can change and grow even in the most challenging times. For over twenty years, I have worked with Adults, Couples, Teens/Children, and families from a diverse population, helping clients change problematic behaviors and thinking patterns to achieve wellness and growth.
