About My Clients
My clients are individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, or identity exploration. They are often seeking deeper self-understanding, emotional healing, and healthier ways to connect with themselves and others. I work best with those who are ready to engage in meaningful, collaborative work—whether they’re taking their first step into therapy or returning to continue their growth.
My Background and Approach
I received my B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Los Angeles, and went on to earn my M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. During my practicum training, I worked at the YWCA of Glendale and Pasadena as a clinical intern therapist, where I facilitated sessions with individuals, groups, and families—specifically survivors of intimate partner violence and their children. I recognize the bravery it takes to take that first big step toward a happier and healthier version of yourself. My approach is collaborative, working closely with each client to ensure their unique needs are understood and met. I’m committed to creating and maintaining a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients can receive quality mental health care.
