My Background and Approach

My background and approach are informed by IFS, EMDR, somatic and client centered approaches. I am certified in EMDR so I have ten months of additional training in using that mode of therapy.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have been an advocate and alley since college and am deeply passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
