About My Clients
I work with teens & adults who are already doing everything “right” — hitting the gym, practicing yoga or meditation, following routines — but still feel anxious, stressed, or experience low mood. My clients want to move beyond temporary relief and explore the emotional patterns that keep them stuck, building lasting confidence, resilience, and ease in their daily lives.
My Background and Approach
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), fitness instructor, and former wellness coach, and I’m currently pursuing my MSW to become a licensed therapist. My background in mind-body practices gives me a unique perspective: sometimes stress and anxiety can’t be talked away, and learning to calm the body through movement, breath, and awareness can be incredibly grounding. At the same time, lasting change requires going deeper — exploring emotional patterns, behavioral cycles, and the present moment — which is why I’m committed to integrating these practices with traditional therapeutic work. I’ve worked with clients navigating life transitions, stress, and disordered eating, and I draw on both professional and personal insights to provide a compassionate, practical space for growth. My goal is to help clients not just feel temporary relief, but build confidence, resilience, and sustainable ease in their daily lives.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I deeply value inclusivity, curiosity, and creating a space where all identities and experiences are welcome. In my practice, there is no judgment — clients are free to explore their emotions, patterns, and growth in a safe and supportive environment. I aim to make therapy a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and respected for who they are.
