About My Clients
I work with adolescents, adults, and families feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or relationship and family conflict, you don't have to carry it alone. Together, we will explore these struggles while building healthy coping strategies, strengthening connections, and developing greater resilience. Therapy isn't about "fixing" you—it's about understanding yourself and moving toward the life you want to live.
My Background and Approach
I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling safe enough to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. While I primarily work from a psychodynamic perspective—exploring how past experiences shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others—I also believe therapy should help you create change in the present. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Family Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions to help you better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, and build lasting emotional resilience. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow at your own pace.
