About My Clients
I have experience working with adolescents, women, and children struggling with addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, interpersonal relationships, life-transitions, low self-esteem, anger management, occupational difficulties, personality disorders, and grief.
My Background and Approach
My background includes working in a variety of treatment settings such as community-based group homes, residential treatment facilities for substance use and mental health disorders, Intensive Outpatient services, and now, private practice! My approach to therapy is Person-Centered and incorporates a range of elements from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Strengths-based approaches. I firmly believe in combining therapeutic approaches to better meet the needs and goals of my clients at a pace most comfortable to them. It takes courage to reach out and ask for support. I am determined to provide my clients with a fun, safe, and judgment-free environment with endless opportunities for growth and healing. Life can be complicated, getting support shouldn't be.
