About My Clients

I believe all people deserve to have a voice, and to be treated with dignity and respect. I enjoy working with anyone who is struggling with stress, anxiety, isolation, boundary issues, substance use, and habits that are no longer serving them to their highest good. I will support you in developing physical and emotional tools for not just surviving, but thriving, and looking forward to living life again with joy and happiness.

My Background and Approach

My therapeutic orientation is grounded in exquisite listening, compassionate, trauma-informed care. Our work together will be complemented with evidence-based, Solution-Focused, Mindful-CBT, Parts/ Narrative work, Neurographic Art, and stress-reducing, relaxation techniques. Mentors who have inspired me are Dr. Anna Lembke, Eileen Russo, LCAS-S, and Ted Klontz, PhD.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Truths I have learned as a human being and therapist are: Never give up. You are not a mistake. There is a reason you are here on this Earth and someday you will know and feel this fact. You don't have to understand the "whys"; you just need to keep moving forward and doing the next right thing. The sun always comes up tomorrow! The war within is over."
