My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the unlimited capacity of people to change, heal, and grow—at any age or stage of life. Much of what we struggle with mentally comes from learned patterns that no longer serve us. The good news? Those can be unlearned and replaced with healthier, more empowering ways of thinking and being. My personal experience with PTSD and panic attacks fuels my belief in recovery. I’ve done the work, and I know firsthand how transformative therapy can be. I haven’t had a panic attack in years, and I want you to feel the same sense of calm and freedom. I’m committed to creating an inclusive space—judgment-free, welcoming to everyone, and rooted in genuine respect.
