Our focus is to help individuals and couples in Houston to heal, change, and become aware of their strengths through counseling. We achieve this by listening to your concerns, customizing a treatment plan and giving you tools you can take with you to start feeling good again. By the second session, you will start to learn how to use hands-on tools to begin making lasting changes in your life. We customize counseling to provide a unique one-on-one approach that fits your particular needs and style. You will find a safe, supportive environment that can help restore hope and give you the skills you need to lead a richer, more joyful life. Nancy is an eating disorder specialist and is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, one of the most effective types of treatment for anxiety. She also uses EMDR to treat PTST, Trauma and Anxiety

We believe that people have the ability to change their lives if given the right resources and support. We often have had roadblocks in our lives that keep us from really living fully as the people we are created to be. Counseling can help open up possibilities and get rid of the limiting beliefs and other things that are keeping you from reaching your goals. I feel especially passionate about helping people who sometimes feel out of place in their world. The power of acceptance can help heal. I feel really lucky that client's are willing to share their stories, their struggles and their pain. It means a lot to me to be able to help them get out of their funk. Our practice has an affirming stance which allows people to be fully themselves. It takes courage to go to therapy, but you don't have to go through life alone. We are here for you.
