About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I am an anxiety disorder specialist and can help you RECLAIM your life, in as little as 2 months. My style is a bit different than most. I'm very active in session and you can expect to learn a new skill every single session. I expect you to see results within the first few weeks and we'll measure change along the way. The techniques I use come from research. In the beginning, I'll teach you the framework ("ACT" or "CBT") and encourage you to become your own expert. It'll leave you with a way to relate differently to your thoughts, feelings, and habits. As a psychologist, I've published research and have an appreciation for the science of change. I have years of training in hospitals and anxiety clinics. If you work with me, you'll get someone who truly "gets" the science of anxiety and health challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe no one is a "lost cause" and every person has the potential to change. We must be clear on the life we want to live and we must have accountability to make bold changes. Therapy will move at your speed and will be supportive of the things that make you different.
