About My Clients
I work with adults, especially seniors and caregivers, who are navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, or chronic health concerns. My clients often face depression, anxiety, grief, or the stress of caring for a loved one. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to process feelings, build coping skills, and strengthen resilience. I strive to meet clients where they are, honoring their experiences and working collaboratively toward meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Science degree and decades of experience helping clients cope with life’s challenges. My approach is client-centered and adaptable, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness to meet each client’s needs. I also offer psychoeducation and role play to build communication and coping skills, along with relaxation and anger management techniques to reduce stress. My focus is on fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of hope.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery—at any stage of life. Change is possible when we feel heard, understood, and supported. My role is to walk alongside my clients, offering tools, insights, and encouragement so they can move toward a more fulfilling life. Respect, compassion, and collaboration guide every session.
