My Background and Approach
As a Certified Gottman Method therapist, I mentor all of our therapists in effective couples therapy. All the therapists at our practice also take Level II Gottman training. We are able to help you build friendship and connection, improve your communication, help you resolve conflict, and build a great sense of "We" in your partnership.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You will find a very accepting, affirming environment for who you are and what you believe. We are sex positive, help all relationships and accept who you are and who you love.
