I believe that our ability to grow and heal hinge upon our views and beliefs of what we can see. What we cannot see we do not truly know. Therefore, I will provide you with a safe place where you can explore your thoughts and emotions to manifest a shift in your perspective developing the clarity, growth, and healing you seek. I am passionate about this process. My own curative journey has led me to explore a whole-person approach: mind, body, soul. I understand this process intimately and recognize that deep restoration reveals itself and is realized in layers. I am dedicated and compassionate as a trauma-informed professional, who will patiently support and spur you on your own curative journey.
