About My Clients
If you have been in a slump, frustrated or experiencing anxiety in your sport, career or life, don't wait any longer. I Practice Applied Sport, Exercise & Performance Psychology Consulting, Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Life Coaching working with athletes, coaches, teams and other types of performers from all over the world. I specialize working with those who struggle with Performance Anxiety, Anxiety Disorders, ADHD / ADD, Depression, Life , and Career Issues.
My Background and Approach
I have a Ph.D. in Sport, Exercise, & Performance Psychology. I specialize working with athletes, teams, coaches and performers. I work with Perfomance issues as well as Performance Optimization. I focus on the Mental Game. I also have a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and have been practicing in Florida for 20 years. My services are provided only online at this time. I am also a Psychology Professor.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in treating everyone with respect and kindness. I'm very passionate about helping others improve their lives, performance, health, jobs, and relationships. I am very down to earth and easy to talk to. I am an avid sports fan as well an athlete. I offer payment plans and a sliding scale to help with obtaining sessions with me.
