About My Clients
My ideal client is an adult who is ready to be active, to do their personal work, open to ideas to try, willing to contribute and collaborate for what they want for themselves. I've helped empower clients to decrease their anxiety and depression, to clarify their goals, to prepare to confront issues they've avoided, to increase their wellness and understand how to maintain that for themselves.
My Background and Approach
I have an eclectic practice. Depending on the individual and their needs, I choose from a variety of theories and strategies to support the work we do together. These include, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Meditation, Breathing techniques, Psycho-education, and Narratives, as well as compassionate acceptance.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Everyone who wants to improve their mental and emotional well-being can do so with personal attention and focused efforts. I will be there to support you in your explorations and efforts to do what you find works best for you to flourish in the life you want to create for yourself.
