My Background and Approach
Therapeutic Relationship: I believe that a good client-therapist fit is one of the most important aspects of therapy. I want us to take our time to get to know each other and so I can get to understand your story. From there, we can work on change. Collaborative: As individuals we all have different needs. In my work with clients, I aim to co-create a space that can honor this and utilize our different strengths in a way that allows us to build upon safety, openness, and courage. Feedback and Transparency: I want your input. I encourage open communication and transparency for both you and I. With that, I can rely on you to be the expert of your own life, problems, and desires, and I can refocus my expertise to fit our goals appropriately. Goal Oriented: This journey can be overwhelming, exhausting, and terrifying. This journey can also be exciting, rewarding and fulfilling. My main desire, is to help you get to where you want to be.
