I draw from approaches like CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic, and Solution-Focused Therapy, and adapt them to your needs. If talk therapy isn't your thing, I’m also trained in EMDR to help get to the root of your painful experiences. Together, we’ll find what works for you so you can navigate life’s ups and downs with clarity and confidence.
