My experience is working with individuals who’ve experienced traumatic events and I’ve learned that offering a safe space to process those moments helps to shape and move towards healing. My own life's experience has allowed me to dedicate myself to helping others find their voice and move forward from generational and complex trauma, sexual violence, sexual concerns, hard life transitions, attachment, family conflicts, while dealing with the shifts in relational and family dynamics.
