As a bilingual Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, creating accessible, culturally sensitive care. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families facing life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and emotional struggles like anxiety or depression. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Theory, and Play Therapy, I offer a supportive space where healing can begin.
