I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing stressors related to trauma, depression, anxiety, and self esteem issues. Additionally, I work with families to help assist in creating strategies and developing new skills to assist with alleviating communication barriers. I began my career in mental health working with children and families in the foster care system with extensive trauma-related stressors. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I also have experience helping individuals through crisis situations, including depression and suicidal ideation.
