About My Clients
My goal is to make each and every one of my clients feel comfortable, valued, and heard. Blended family conflict, family conflict, infidelity and affair recovery, premarital counseling, couple therapy, relationship issues, forgiveness, family of origin issues, parenting, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and life purpose are some of my specialties. Relationships are my passion, beginning with the relationship one has with self, the foundation of every relationship.

My approach is direct, relational and intimacy driven, walking with you on your journey to live life on purpose.I work with individuals, couples, and families towards healing to transform our communities through the blending of a variety of training and tools from: Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Prepare/Enrich, and the Enneagram, and connected that with my own experiences and beliefs, and integrated it into a personalized practice for my clients.
