About My Clients
I enjoy working with women, adolescents, and anyone unpacking the lingering impacts of childhood experiences. I also hold certification in ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training), and I bring that same level of grounded care to every session—whether we're discussing deep pain or quiet growth.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe healing happens when we become more aware of what's already inside us—and my role is to help guide you there, not to lead you away from yourself. Whether you're navigating grief, life transitions, identity exploration, or just trying to make sense of the past, I’m here to walk alongside you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a Black Muslim therapist who believes deeply in the power of honesty, connection, and compassion. As someone who values intersectionality and representation, I entered this field to hold space for people who often haven't seen themselves reflected in therapy. Your values, voice, and experience shape the work we do together. I’m fiercely committed to showing up for you with honesty and kindness. You're the expert of your own life—I'm here to listen, reflect, and help you rediscover your strength.
