About My Clients
I specialize in supporting adults through midlife transitions—from career shifts and evolving relationships to navigating the empty nest. When life changes, it's easy to feel stuck between who you were and who you're becoming. I help you cut through the overwhelm, set firm boundaries, and build a fulfilling next chapter. Whether adjusting to young adults leaving home or managing midlife stressors, we’ll create a practical roadmap so you can move forward with clarity and purpose.
My Background and Approach
Licensed therapist in: Florida, Washington State, Colorado, and Vermont I provide a direct, collaborative, and client-centered approach to therapy. Midlife brings distinct identity shifts, boundary changes, and emotional recalibrations—especially as your family dynamic evolves. I specialize in helping adults cut through the overwhelm, process these shifts, and regain clarity for their next chapter. My work is backed by a deep, lifelong dedication to human behavior. I hold two master's degrees—in School Counseling and Education—and earned the distinction of National Certified Counselor (NCC). Prior to full-time private practice, my background spanned education, counseling, and corporate leadership. Therapy with me is a grounded space focused on practical coping strategies, self-acceptance, and actionable growth. Together, we’ll build a clear roadmap so you can navigate midlife and the empty nest transition with confidence and purpose.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe mental health support has no age limit, and that midlife is one of the most powerful times to re-evaluate who you are and where you are going. Growth doesn't stop when your children grow up or when your career shifts. I believe therapy should be a practical, transparent space free of rigid jargon—one where you are treated as the expert of your own life. Everyone deserves the tools to navigate life’s major transitions with clarity, self-respect, and confidence.
