About My Clients
Many of my clients are working toward maintaining emotional stability, strengthening coping skills, and improving daily functioning while living with mental health challenges. Therapy provides a structured and supportive environment where clients can develop insight, practice new strategies, and move toward long-term wellness and independence.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my background is rooted in working with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges, including mood disorders, trauma, life stressors, and complex psychosocial needs. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals navigating emotional instability, significant life transitions, and difficulties with coping and daily functioning. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and strengths-based interventions to support individuals in developing insight, improving emotional regulation, and building practical coping strategies. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel respected, heard, and empowered in their healing process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and change. Life’s challenges can sometimes make it difficult to see our strengths clearly, but with the right support and guidance, people can develop new perspectives and healthier ways of coping. I view therapy as a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and openness, where clients are empowered to explore their experiences and move toward greater emotional well-being.
