About My Clients
I love working with adults who are interested in living a deeply meaningful and fulfilling life that's aligned with their values and feels sustainable. I help people examine underlying beliefs about themselves from family and cultural perspectives, using evidence-based interventions. Together, we can tackle barriers getting in the way, such as anxiety, depression, family history, cultural considerations, religious beliefs, grief, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I have worked with people from all walks of life, who are all trying to do one thing: connect with themselves and with others. I primarily practice from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach, which has been revolutionary in helping people gain a better understanding of themselves and their relationship with their thoughts and feelings. My approach is direct yet collaborative, and I use grounding techniques to help connect you to your body.
