My clients struggle like you do. Despite being driven, adaptable, and as likable as a floppy puppy, life is hard. When they first come in, they feel frustrated that they can't keep up with their own standards when they used to set the curve. They've gone from being everyone's go-to person to feeling like a burden and they wonder if they'll be able to do it on their own. My Background and Approach
I am passionate about working with individuals experiencing life transitions. Whether it be health concerns, blossoming into adulthood, relationship issues, or some other earthquake in life that knocks you off your feet. We’ll work together to discover the right solutions for you, improve your relationships, and expand your way of thinking. We will explore your experiences and related feelings, thoughts, and behaviors to properly address your concerns. I enjoy using humor in sessions to ensure you have a positive experience in counseling. My goal is to help you learn to enjoy life again and adjust to your “new normal.”
