About My Clients
I am particularly passionate about working with clients aged 14 and older who face challenges related to addiction, trauma, anger, grief, and various mood disorders, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and substance-induced mood disorders. My goal is to provide compassionate and effective support to individuals navigating these complex issues.
My Background and Approach
Ranging from residential treatment, rehabilitation facilities, school settings and even social service agencies, I specializes with treating co-occuring diagnostics in a variety of techniques. Including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Client-Centered Therapy. I use these modalities to collaboratively set and achieve therapeutic goals, assess progress, and tailor interventions to meet individual needs. Additionally, I incorporate psychoanalytic techniques to explore the unconscious mind, psychodynamic therapy to examine how early experiences shape current behaviors, and address underlying issues impacting present functioning.
