My Background and Approach
I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC 4711) with a focus on women’s mental health and perinatal wellness. I founded Best Life Counseling Services to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down and reconnect with themselves. My background includes working with anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges and life transitions. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment‑based therapy and mindfulness‑based approaches to help you understand unhelpful patterns, build healthy relationships and develop practical tools to manage stress and anxiety. I also offer specialized perinatal and postpartum support for fertility concerns, pregnancy, birth and the transition into motherhood. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard and supported. My practice is women‑centered. I am passionate about reducing stigma around mental health, particularly in pregnancy and postpartum, and I advocate for social justice and equity. I value intersectionality and seek to honor each client’s cultural and personal identity. Outside of the therapy room, I support community efforts focused on women’s empowerment, maternal health and mental wellness.
