My Background and Approach
I am a master’s student in professional counseling psychology and working under licensed supervision. I am passionate about helping people who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who want support in managing stress, ADHD, communication difficulties, relationships, or major transitions, such as school and career changes. Whether it’s improving time management, setting boundaries, or building emotional regulation skills, I believe small, consistent steps can lead to meaningful, lasting change. I take a client-centered, down-to-earth approach—there’s no one-size-fits-all therapy here.
