I have 10+ years of experience working with diverse communities, including LGBTQ+, gender creative/non-binary, kink/BDSM, poly/non-monogamy, sex workers, minor-attracted people, and fat individuals. I specialize in supporting those who struggle with trauma, shame, body image, self-esteem, perfectionism, loneliness, and relationships.
My Background and Approach
I approach the therapeutic process with abundant unconditional love and intimate vulnerability. I prioritize anti-oppressive feminist, relational, psychodynamic, positive psychology, and multicultural counseling approaches. In session, I show up as a human being. I’m flawed, I also struggle with painful emotions, and try my best to be my authentic self. Together, we’ll explore your emotions and revisit past experiences so we can identify the source of current unhelpful patterns and develop helpful ones. We’ll cry, laugh, keep it real, and focus on your healing.

My experience has taught me that being heard, affirmed, and celebrated is vital to growth and well-being. Therefore, I approach the therapeutic process with unconditional affirmation, respect, care, and compassion. I believe that our well-being is shaped by our past & present experiences, future aspirations, relationships with others, and the society-at-large. Each person has the answers, and I'm certain that through our collaborative work, you will uncover the best answers for you.
