My Background and Approach
I have provided services for Adults in Mental Health field for over 10 years, currently working with Dual Diagnosed individual, court ordered, 6 month rehabilitation on a full time basis. Most clients are dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, and substance abuse. Appointments are Virtual ONLY, 10-12 noon daily and after 5 pm until 8 p.m. Not limited to Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Brief Therapy and Talk Therapy also, giving the client the lead in their success.
