About My Clients
I work with adults who may feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, emotionally exhausted, or like they're constantly trying to keep up. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD, autism, or AuDHD experiences, as well as clients navigating anxiety, OCD-related experiences, emotional dysregulation, trauma, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. If you've spent years masking, people-pleasing, or feeling like you have to “hold it all together
My Background and Approach
I’m a Texas-based Licensed Master Social Worker providing virtual psychotherapy for adults. As an AuDHD therapist myself, I understand the importance of care that recognizes neurodivergence rather than treating differences in communication, sensory needs, executive functioning, or emotional processing as personal failures. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and neurodivergent-affirming. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed techniques, psychodynamic therapy, Rogerian/person-centered therapy, and somatic strategies. Therapy with me is collaborative. We’ll work together to understand your patterns, identify what is and isn't working, build practical coping skills, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. My goal isn't to make you fit into someone else's idea of “normal.” It's to help you feel more regulated, connected, confident, and able to navigate life authentically.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
believe people deserve to understand themselves without being reduced to a diagnosis, symptom, or difficult chapter of their life. I value authenticity, self-compassion, curiosity, and creating spaces where people can be honest without feeling judged or pressured to perform wellness. As an AuDHD person and therapist, I’m especially passionate about reducing stigma around neurodivergence and creating therapy spaces where clients don't have to spend the first several sessions explaining why their brain works differently. I believe neurodivergent people deserve support that considers the whole person—including their strengths, sensory needs, communication style, identity, relationships, and environment. I’m also passionate about mental health advocacy, accessible mental-health education, identity, emotional wellness, and breaking unhealthy patterns. Outside of therapy, I enjoy music, creative projects, learning, and spending time with my family.
