About My Clients
My clients are seekers—navigating anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, or life’s transitions. Many are deep feelers, over-givers, or those learning to reclaim their needs and voice. I specialize in supporting women, mothers, and those unlearning old patterns to create a life aligned with their values. Together, we explore with curiosity, honoring both pain and resilience as we move toward healing, self-trust, and meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
With years of experience in the social work and mental health fields, I bring a depth-oriented, relational approach to therapy. My work is rooted in attachment theory, mindfulness, and psychodynamic exploration, integrating cognitive-behavioral and experiential techniques to meet each client’s unique needs. I specialize in working with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing tendencies, and trauma, offering a space where clients can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with their own wisdom. Therapy is not about fixing—it is about deepening self-understanding and creating a life that feels authentic and whole. I walk alongside my clients as they explore their inner world, shift limiting patterns, and learn to embrace all parts of themselves with compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is a sacred, nonlinear journey—one that requires patience, courage, and a willingness to turn inward. Growth happens not in striving to be “better,” but in reclaiming the parts of ourselves we’ve been taught to hide. I believe in the power of self-trust, the wisdom of the body, and the importance of honoring both our light and our shadow. Outside of therapy, I find inspiration in nature, creative expression, and deep conversations. I am drawn to the intersection of psychology, spirituality, and storytelling—seeking meaning in myth, archetypes, and the rhythms of the natural world. I believe in the profound strength of those who choose to do the inner work, and I am honored to hold space for those ready to embark on their own journey of self-discovery.
