About My Clients
My ideal client is a woman or teen navigating anxiety, burnout, or big life transitions who’s tired of carrying it all alone. She values honesty, wants a safe space to process, and is ready to take small, doable steps toward steadier routines, healthier boundaries, and more peace. She may be a high-achiever, caretaker, or ministry leader who desires balance, clarity, and support without judgment.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and National Certified Counselor (NCC), licensed in Texas and South Carolina. My professional experience spans private practice, clinical supervision, education, and child protective services; along with ministry leadership roles. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and practical. I integrate CBT, psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, and boundary-setting skills within a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens. Faith-based integration is available by request. Together, we’ll slow down, name what’s hard, and build small, sustainable steps forward. I work best with women, teens, and young adults who feel stretched thin by anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, or major life transitions. My clients range from students, high-achievers, caretakers, parents, and even ministry leaders who long for balance, healthy boundaries, and peace while managing the many roles they carry.
