About My Clients
I work with clients of all ages dealing with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and disordered eating. I also work with clients experiencing family conflict, difficulty setting boundaries, major life changes, or feeling stuck in patterns they want to understand.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado and hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Denver. I have experience providing individual and couples counseling in private practice, with clinical experience in anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, disordered eating, and relationship concerns. My approach is integrative, drawing from client-centered, CBT, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed approaches. Rather than relying on one method, I tailor treatment to the individual and focus on practical strategies that fit your goals and circumstances. I also consider the ways relationships, culture, identity, and past experiences can influence how you understand yourself and respond to challenges. My goal is to provide a thoughtful, collaborative space where we can identify what is getting in the way and determine what approaches are most useful for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value creating a welcoming and respectful space for clients from all backgrounds, identities, and sexual orientations. I work with people as they are and believe that everyone deserves to feel comfortable being themselves in therapy. I strive to approach each client with openness, curiosity, and respect for their individual experiences, values, and perspectives.
