She understands that seeking help can be daunting, and she prioritizes creating a safe, nonjudgmental space built on trust, empathy, and respect. Her clinical background includes working in hospitals, home care, nursing homes, and outpatient mental health centers. She has extensive experience supporting individuals navigating life transitions, trauma, and chronic mental health conditions. Outside of her work, Murla enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her family. She believes that good mental health is essential
