About My Clients
I work with clients from all walks of life—whether managing high net worth, reintegrating after incarceration, or healing from trauma. I specialize in supporting teenagers and adults with complex life experiences, including sex therapy, anxiety, and managing service animals. No matter how difficult or ‘taboo’ your story may seem, you’ll find a non-judgmental space here where we can work through it together and help you find a renewed sense of hope.
My Background and Approach
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive training in trauma, forensic psychology, and crisis intervention. I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and I’ve worked with diverse populations, from ultra-high net-worth individuals to survivors of abuse and those reintegrating after incarceration. My approach is eclectic, blending evidence-based practices like CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re facing anxiety, relationship challenges, or life transitions, my goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and find practical ways to cope. I create a safe, flexible space where you can explore difficult emotions and experiences at your own pace. My experience working with service animals, sex therapy, and complex trauma ensures that no topic is off-limits, and together we can find solutions that fit your specific circumstances.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the power of resilience and that everyone deserves a chance to heal, no matter how difficult their journey has been. My passion for social justice drives much of my work, from supporting marginalized communities to advocating for mental health access. I volunteer at Homeboy Industries, helping formerly incarcerated individuals rebuild their lives, and I’m an active advocate for trauma awareness and prison reform. I also work with survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, providing compassionate care to those who have experienced severe trauma. Personally, I value authenticity, empathy, and cultural humility, striving to create a space where everyone feels seen and heard. Outside of therapy, I’m passionate about working with service animals, spending time in nature, and supporting causes related to equality and mental health advocacy.
