I have a special interest working with moms whether you are a working mom or a homemaker having difficulty navigating motherhood, work life balance, parenting, or home schooling.
My Background and Approach
In my practice, I use psychodynamic lens, integrating culture, attachment theory, and neurobiology, all while striving to ground my work in empathy and authenticity. I have a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and prioritize understanding the entirety of a person including sociocultural systems that influence a person’s emotional and relational wellbeing. I also work as a Clinician and a Clinical Supervisor in a clinic setting serving culturally diverse groups.
