About My Clients
How we story our lives affects how we define our identities and give meaning to our lives. Sometimes we become "stuck" with stories; they become a barrier to living our lives to the fullest with ourselves and community. I enjoy engaging with people seeking different possibilities within themselves and with others through various creative ways of expression. Through our journey together, your values, skills, strengths, and experience are essential to achieve your goals and interests.
My Background and Approach
Growing up in Chile in a Chilean-Chinese family, I've learned firsthand what it’s like to navigate different cultural experiences. Since moving to California in 2016, I’ve continued to explore what it means to adapt and grow in new environments. I offer therapy in English, Spanish, and Spanglish so that you can feel comfortable expressing yourself in the language that feels right to you. I work with individuals and families who are dealing with things like anxiety, depression, identity, life transitions, immigration, cultural adaptation, and body image. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and rooted in understanding that each person’s story is unique. I often bring creative ways into our sessions, like art, play, or storytelling, so that we can explore in ways that resonate with you. Together, we’ll create a space where your strengths are valued, resilience is nurtured, and you feel empowered to shape your own path.
