In therapy we can help you understand patterns and cycles you are stuck in, why they were useful, why they may no longer be useful, and how to find better ways to cope.

I work with individuals, couples and groups, helping them move from a space of just surviving to thriving. Together I hope we can create a space where you feel deeply connected and understood. I specialize in couples, BIPOC populations, non-monogamy, and LGBT concerns. The clients I work with often feel like what they have tried in the past is no longer working, and they are wanting support to find new strategies.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy is a space where you can deeply explore and learn about yourself. My goal is that you leave each session feeling like you have gained insight and understanding into your relationship patterns. My clients describe me as direct, honest, and kind. My commitment is to value and advocate for each person I have the privilege of working with regardless of race, religion, relationship structure, sexual orientation, and gender expression.
