I specialize in working with Adults. Therapy services can be provided in the form of individual therapy. I primarily focus on Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, and Grief/Loss.

I offer counseling services using an array of therapy modalities. I am trained in: Art Therapy Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) EMDR Grief Therapy Mindfulness-Based (MBCT) Play Therapy Sandplay Solution Focused Brief (SFBT) Trauma Focused As I get to know you, I will adjust my treatment style to better meet your individual needs. I am also available to provide faith-based counseling upon request and therapy sessions in Haitian Creole, if needed.
