I do not believe that therapy must always be a stiff uncomfortable process. I am here to help you achieve your solutions and the life changes you are looking for while enjoying yourself and the process as much as possible. My Background and Approach
I offer activities such as art, play, relaxation and talking. I honor you and your life experiences. I consider myself an eclectic therapist that utilizes various therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT & IFS. No matter the approach, we will work together to help you find relief from emotional pain and discover joy & excitement for the next chapter.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I practice from a multicultural background, working with diverse individuals, ranging from children to adults in a trusted and confidential setting. I use a very holistic client centered approach that empowers my clients to get in touch with their own natural wisdom and intuition. While counselors are human and can have opinions, our job is to set aside our "opinions" and just be openminded and curious. I hold space for everyone and their "truth". You are the expert of you and I wish to always honor who you are and what works in your life.
