My approach is rooted in a strengths-based perspective, helping you recognize and build on your resilience. I often use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, strengths based approaches, and trauma-informed practices to challenge disruptive thought patterns and develop new coping strategies. In today’s world, it’s easy to feel isolated or disconnected, even when people can reach you 24/7. I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

In today’s society, where people seem to have constant access to you, feelings of isolation or “otherness” can still linger. It’s easy to feel disconnected from the world around you, and internal struggles can only further feed the belief that we are alone. Morgan understands this experience and invites you to sit with her through these difficult moments.
